You move and crouch with the corresponding direction on the
joystick, and there are 3 total play buttons <br></p><p>(Guard, Punch, and Kick).</p><p>Button layout is as follows</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>P, K</strong></p><p><strong>G</strong></p><p><strong>MOVEMENT</strong></p><p>Move the joystick in any direction and hold to initiate an <strong>All Range Movement</strong>. Typical to 3-D games you can walk in any direction. All Range Movement cannot be initiated while attacking or guarding<br></p>One can also <strong>Dash</strong> in this game by tapping the joystick forward or back twice and crouch dash by moving the joystick&nbsp; in a down forward - down forward or down back - down back motion.<br><br>Tap forward twice and hold the second tap to initiate a<strong> Run</strong>.<br><br>Holding down on the joystick initiates a <strong>Crouch</strong> which avoids high attacks and high/catch throws.<br><br>To <strong>Jump</strong>, tap any upward direction while holding down P or K.<br><br>Evade attacks through <strong>Defensive Movement</strong> by tapping up into the background or down into the foreground when your opponents linear attack is about to strike.<br><br>New to VF5 is the <strong>Offensive Movement </strong>or OM which allows your character to initiate an aggressive evade that can lead to a sharp angle on your opponent's side or back. VF5R takes away the Offensive movement canned attacks from previous VF5 installments.<br><br>When knocked down you can <strong>Quick Recover</strong> the moment your character hits the ground by pressing P+K+G. This is useful in avoiding down attacks and being able to defend quickly from a knockdown. also from knockdowns you can press PPP or GGG to initiate a <strong>Quick Stand</strong>.<br><p><br></p><p><strong>BASIC ATTACKING</strong></p><p>Initiate a standing jab with the <strong>P</strong> button. Combinations of P and directional inputs initiate stronger punch attacks unique to each character.</p><p>initiate a standing kick with the <strong>K</strong> button.&nbsp; Combinations of K and directional inputs initiate stronger kick attacks unique to each character.</p><p>Initiate a standing <strong>Throw</strong> with P button and G button pressed simultaneously. Combinations of directional inputs initiate stronger throws unique to each character. Certain characters also have special types of throws which can be done to crouching characters called a <strong>Low Throw</strong>, characters close to a wall called a <strong>Wall Throw</strong>, characters caught mid air called a <strong>Catch Throw</strong>, from a special stance, etc.<br></p><p>Combinations of <strong>Joystick </strong>direction, <strong>P</strong> button, <strong>K</strong> Button, and <strong>G Button</strong> together in various combinations also initiate special attacks unique to each character.</p><p>If you knock your opponent down you can perform a <strong>Down Attack</strong>. Each character has a variety of attacks including one where your character jumps in the air to pounce on their opponent or an attack that simply punches the opponent while on the ground. <br></p><p>When knocked down you can perform a <strong>Rising Attack</strong> against your opponent by pressing K or down K.</p><p>All characters also have a set of moves with their back faced to the their opponent called <strong>Backturned Attacks</strong>. <br></p><p><strong>GUARDING</strong></p><p>Guard high attacks by standing and pressing G.</p><p>Guard mid attacks by standing and pressing G.</p><p>Guard low attacks by crouching and pressing G.</p><p>New to VF5R is the <strong>Side Guard </strong>which enables you to guard while side turned.<strong><br></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description><wfw:commentRss>http://iplaywinner.com/virtua-fighter-5-system/rss-comments-entry-2268567.xml</wfw:commentRss></item></channel></rss>
