I'm pretty sure Guy vs Juri is in Guy's favor rather than Juri's. Kaiten Izuna Otoshi is a serious threat to Juri, mainly because it can grab her out of her overhead, her pinwheel, her divekicks, if Juri goes for her armor cancel move and jumps he can TK izuna her out of that, and from recent playing and discovery if Juri tries to evade Guy's Safejump with a backdash and Guy does EX Air throw or Air throw Guy will grab her. Alongside Guy's Damage and stun output, compared to Juri's Guy definitely has the advantage there.
Can I ask why Dan gets those "4.5"s instead of just 4 or 5 for the Fei, Elf, and Claw matchups? I am probably missing something, but they seem a little random.
I will say I'm biased though because I don't really see the need for "0.5"s anywhere on the list, let alone Dan being the only character I can see on the list with 3 of them.
If I may make a suggestion it is to remove the 5.5 or 6.5 designations. If we're going to split things in half then we should make the matches out of 20 instead of 10. Either way once SSF4 arcade hits and everyone starts following the Arcadia tier list (no decimal designations) then it will just look unprofessional.
5 - 5 Even
6 - 4 Small advantage to one character
7 - 3 Moderate advantage to one character
8 - 2 Heavy advantage to one character
9 - 1 Almost unwinnable for one character
10 - 0 Unwinnable
I've never had issues winning online with T-Hawk
What exactly is it though that puts him so low on these high level play Tier Lists?
