4/5 of the consultants mains are A ranked? Seems like this list is based off personal preference.
Zangief winning 4 out of 10 vs. Seth? Unless Ultra 2 became that much of an equalizer, I don't see how it got any better than 8-2 in Seth's favor again.
Also, Chun is now even against Akuma? Nothing changed in that matchup! Should still be 6-4 Akuma.
Fei Long dominates Blanka, Juri, Guy and Sakura. Those should be 6-4 in his favour.
Also Viper and Dudley are even 5-5 matchups for Fei.

he has good matchups against all the A character, so these tiers don't really do it right.

Look at the point totals -- He's 1 point shy of A tier.
PS: New Tier List coming in July.
Ibuki needs to be reevaluated in this tier list, I think she's the sleeping S tier in Super.
I agree with a lot of this, especially the higher tiers but I honestly think the new characters (With the obvious exceptions of Dudley and Ibuki) Are being totally underestimated...
7/10 New characters are all in C and D tier when it's pretty clear to me at least that they don't belong so low.
sakura cannot be evaluated properly with these players, some of her 6-4s have turned to 4-6s apparently.. and i think she deserves more 5s. 3-7 against blanka is laughable and i think she should at least be over gen, claw, mak and hakan.

Are you kidding? Akuma/Ryu/Sagat/Rufus are all top tier.
Kind of funny how everyone and their moms think they know better than these consultants who have vastly more knowledge about the game. Do I agree with everything? No, not really. But there's always going to be a subjective element, and it also depends on who you play day to day. The list seems pretty good to me.
I'd like to see some serious tier-testing. Where top players that are considered an authority on their characters battle it out in a first-to-10. Followed by an honest, testosterone free discussion of the matchup.
Though a player that mains a truly low tier character may not have the credentials to be considered a top player, and a top player that suddenly picks up a low tier character may not be considered a real authority on that character.
In light of the Tokido v. Sako first to 10 I would suggest looking at the Cammy/Akuma matchup again.
