why console character's boxes are more white from the other characters???
The white indicates that they are not complete guides and need a lot of work..:)

and by the way you may have to upgrade a little your tier list.
i ll give you mine which is a mix from Arcadia's tier list and the console characters are inside from other lists.

as for console characters its not something specific.just from some tier lists that they put them something like the tier list ive posted.
Event hubs for example.
you have underestimate a lot Feilong and Rose in your tier list.and i think its a bit too old.there some new also but everyone agrees with Arcadia's tier list.
I wanted to show someone this. I thought it's pretty cool and couldn't think a better place to post it. Apparently, Akuma has an infinite with his towards stand roundhouse and jab. I have no idea if people know about this or not, since I am, in fact, living in the Philippines now.

Thats one of the main reasons I put Akuma as S-tier on our tier list. A good Akuma who can land that consistenly is a real pain in the ass. :)

Yeah Akuma is a problem, even with the low health. He has so many tools to use in so many ways, it's nasty.
