Capcom's Yoshinori Ono Says there are Currently No Plans for PC Super Street Fighter 4 Due to Piracy
Capcom's Yoshinori Ono, producer behind the Street Fighter 4 series, has said in a 4gamer interview that there are currentl no plans for a PC version of Super Street Fighter 4, and the reason is piracy.
Ono said that the PC version of the original Street Fighter 4 had strong sales worldwide, but it was also "number one in piracy."
He found one bright side in saying that at least the game got out there to more people. However, they have to protect the Street Fighter 4 IP. They cannot make it so that the game is considered "free" to some.
