The latest episode of The Daily Blow Up is live and yesterday was a lot of me trying to break bad habits and in the process getting my butt whooped to say the least. I think this was easily one of my worst performances this week but at the same time I ended up learning from my losses as you saw if you ended up watching the stream today.
