V-Ryu posted up another interesting find for Makoto in Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition that allows her to perform late Tsurugi's by P-linking any punch into kick to kara-cancel the attack. This allows for 3rd Strike-esque axe kicks where you can perform them very low to the ground. Check out the full explanation in the video below.
