« BATTLE AT THE CAPITOL At Sacramento, CA This Entire Weekend! »

For NorCal, my folks at Sacramento are almost ready to host the upcoming weekend charity tournament Battle At The Capitol. This is the last reminder for those who are gonna be in the area to come attend for a good cause.

This Saturday and Sunday (May 5-6) at The Artisan Building, the charity tournament (with 100% of registration fees will be sent to Child's Play) will feature all of the games planned for EVO 2012 including Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Ver. 2012. Other attractions such as Skullgirls will be available as a side tourney, a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 cabinet bought from UC Davis will be playable (with American parts!) and a special FT10 money match between Hellpockets and FinestKO's own Coopa in The King of Fighters XIII will be happening as well!

The FinestKO dudes will be at the event and streaming throughout the whole weekend. Sponsors include Atlus, Eightarc, Mad Catz, NOS Energy Drinks and local convention Decepti-Kon! You can also get your existing stick dual modded courtesy of the UC Davis fighting game crew!

Registration is still available on Dromstruction and there will be no price increase in the coming days unless you pay onsite (online: $30, onsite: $35). More info can be found after the jump. Please come on by for a good cause!
