« BATTLE AT THE CAPITOL - Sacramento's Charity Tournament For Child's Play »

We all love the Bay Area for their array of tournaments throughout the county but it's not the only place in NorCal for competition. Being a Sacramento player, I gotta give love to my area especially if it's for a good cause. Sacramento's Capitol Fight District in collaboration with Davis, CA's Dromstruction presents an upcoming charity tournament called the Battle At The Capitol.

Dated for May 5-6, Battle At The Capitol will take place at The Artisan Building, just slightly northeast from the capitol itself. The event will have singles from most of the latest fighters as well as teams for some of them. 100% of the registration fees will go to Child's Play while the game fees will be towards prizes. FinestKO will be handling the two day charity stream with sponsor support from Atlus, Eightarc, NOS Energy Drinks and local convention Decepti-Kon.

Please spread the word for an event that's meant to be meaningful as well as full of hype. More info including fees, games and a special hotel rate are available after the jump. Make sure to follow me (@ThePhantomnaut), Jenkins Mitchell (@Dromstruction) and Jay Gist (@Jaygist) for any updates or questions regarding the event! I hope to look forward to seeing some of you guys attend!
