The third character to be made available via download for BlazBlue: Continuum Shift is Platinum the Trinity. No dates or other information was announced. She will also be one of the new characters in Continuum Shift 2, the name given to the arcade update, which will have all of the download characters added.
Here's some general Platinum Info: Platinum is a girl who has three personalities, hense the "Trinity". They are: Sena, a kind boy; Luna, a mean girl; and Trinity, the spirit of one of the "Six Heroes".

Platinum or more specifically Luna and Sena were a funny character in story mode. I wonder how she will play.

Trinity is the name of the 3rd personality, not "Platinum". Platinum is the name of the body.
@Tokkan, gotcha. Thanks. I think this is an interesting character. I just wonder if her personality hook will have any gameplay mechanic. Like Tira from Soul Calibur or something.
I was so against dlc characters until I got makoto and loved the character. Aksys just release them now dont make me wait.
OK. This character is apparently going to be awesome. Hype-Dog is definitely in the background behind her in one of the pics, and Hype-Dog doesn't show up if there isn't something awesome goin down.
That attack looks very hard to dodge. I thought she would play similar to mu-12, but now I think it is A.B.A which I am so psyche about platinum now.
Can't wait for Guilty Gear 3 hopefully they meld the two current stories together and it another fighter. But Blazblue is a very good wait for it.

OMG! First the Valkenhayne rumor is true and I heard his theme on the story mode. Now, The platinum rumor is true and revealed!! Looks like i'll be saving some PSN cash so I can get all of the DLC! Man, Blazblue Continuum Shift is awesome.
I hope that first picture is her distortion drive though.. it seems kind of impossible to dodge, I wonder what it is.
