AndriaSang posted up a quick translation of the latest official CAPCOM Super Street Fighter 4 Japanese blog. Included in the post is the same silhouette image of a skateboard and a pair of rollerblades that appeared in the latest issue of Arcadia Magazine -- two staple accessories for both Yun & Yang. In the same post there are details about the next location test which will take place in Osaka on September 11th and 12th at High Tech Land SEGA Avion which could possibly indicate that these two characters will be revealed there.

This image was just posted by CAPCOMs own Yoshinori Ono via Twitter, showing a photo of the arcade version of Super Street Fighter 4. On the left hand screen appears to be the bottom half of Yun, and on the right side if you look closesly, the portrait on the far left end of the character select screen also appears to be that of Yun. On the right side of the character select, to me it looks like Yang tilting his head back with his signature haircut going upwards.

I see Yun, but i cant really see Yang. Lol. Im trying so hard too! Haha.
Odds are the guy on the left is Urien, however the lamo cowboy hat makes me think of Q, the funny one of the silhouettes in the character stage looked like wither Q or Urien. Both would be a nice touch IMO and if was Q my brother would actually buy the game lol.
Is that a keyboard on the left cabinet!?
Yun and Yang huh? I dig it. looks like Yang is highlighted on the character select screen on the arcade machine on the right. Classic red shirt and shit, not guy or ken either. Awesome
The guy selected on the right looks like a new character altogether. Kind of like Godot from Phoenix Wright.

You guys are missing one super obvious thing
Look at the cabinet on the right - see how the character portrait to the right of Hakan is selected ? That's Yangs spot right ? Ok, assuming it is... The Player 1 selected character is actually Yang - you can see his red shirt, but his face is covered by the camera flash.
It looks similar to the pose of Guy's character art, but there isn't a blue selection on his portrait (which is to the left of Hakan)

Well I guess I'll save a lot of money by not playing the arcade version at least.
To be honest I can't see shit on this photo. Could also be the loch ness monster if you ask me.
I believe it is yun and yang. You have ryu and ken there the clones of each other and yun and yang are clones of each other. The hat just could be representing yun, because if you put a cap there the hint would be too much and people would noticed to well.
So I am bought that it is yun and yang. But I really wish that they slam in karin and rolento and elena and Q. I don't think urien would work well in SSF4 and we don't need alex as abel.
