BlazBlue is hitting mobile phones in the form of BlazBlue Mobile Battle. It features "puchi" versions of BlazBlue characters. You fight one on one battles or you can support your friends with the game's cheering/support system. It also has a challenge mode, a character progression system to build up characters and unlock new ones, and item drops!
The game is free to play, with Arc System Works charging for items. Any cell phone with support for Flash lite 1.1 and up will be able to play it. Visit the official site for more about the game. Also hit Andriasang for a rather large gallery of screenshots!
BlazBlue Hits PC Soon
In a fitting final chapter to the BlazBlue release strategy, the PC version of Calamity Trigger will be hitting shelves on August 26th. Yes. That's the *original* BlazBlue, not Continuum Shift. It hits PC over a year after its console release. Wow. If you want to see screenshots of this, hit Andriasang for a gallery for this as well.

Calamity Trigger on PC? WTF? Why now???
Good move! Profiting off of any consumer who would buy the product, and spitting in the pirates' faces by giving them a previous version of their fighting game. Arcsys doesn't give a crap if they download Calamity Trigger as any pirate who will be interested in downloading this either fit in one of these two categories: bored out of their mind, or interested in Blazblue. But if the latter is aware (and those who are interested in Blazblue should be) that Calamity Trigger isn't the up-to-date iteration of Blazblue, they will avoid it, leaving the small margin of "bored out of their mind" pirates and legitimate consumers. This leaves the profits of Continuum Shift nearly unscathed (save maybe the Xbox 360 version if that can be pirated) and the profits of Calamity Trigger roughly in the same place Arcsys left it, but with a small meagre increase with legitimate PC consumers. (:
Cut the crap. Continuum Shift IS available for PC.
Is all about looking in the right place.
