The official website for Super Street Fighter 4 3DS is now open and a number of new screenshots were uploaded as well. According to AndriaSang, outside of the new screenshots the site is a little light on information but more will be revealed very soon. Also, if you missed it, AndriaSang has an article which details a recent interview about the game in Famitsu with Yoshinori Ono. In short, it sounds like they are trying their best to preserve the gameplay from Super Street Fighter 4 for console, though with some 3D effects thrown in for good measure.
