Nerfed, but Seth Killian says Super SF4 Sagat is preferred over Super Turbo Sagat? Uh Oh!Get Your Tournament has a 10 minute Players Choice podcast interview with Keno, who got to play Super Street Fighter 4 last week at USC! He gives a ton of information on most of the characters, including how he feels about the currently unreleased characters! Dudleys overhead was pretty beasty in SF3, so that would be one of my guesses as to why he prompts everyone to learn how to block overheads.
Then again, blocking them is vital to any SF no matter what.

Dammit! I thought i could control my excitement at least till this Thursday or Friday but now with the "you think you know who the new characters are, but you'll be surprised" line, i'm even more excited!

Unless something changes I relaly dont think Sagat will be as good as his SF4 version and there is no was he is as good as his ST version in ANY game imo.
Currently Sagat CANNOT cancel Tiger Shot from FAR standing light kick in Super. This might sound like a minor thing but S.LK is his only footsie tool to keep the likes of Ryu and others out. S.LK is now TWO hits and only the first hit is cancelable and this is a huge nerf to Sagat imo. On top of that he does less damage on all his moves and apparently has less life. I dont care what gimmicks they give him like some EX taunt or whatever -- without sound fundamentals there is a serious chance he could drop in the tiers. He will always be upper mid and top I think due to his Fireball - Uppercut game but these changes are going to make it a lot harder for him to keep opponents out.
Lets hope CAPCOM gives him his far standing LK into Tiger Shot, he needs it! Toning down the damage is understandable but dont strip away aspects that make him fun to play in the first place.
That said, in regards to Kenos comments about Balrog, I had no idea Dirty Bull did so much stun, that really changes the dynamic of the character. On the other hand, he mentions there are no changes to Ryu but I am pretty sure it's confirmed his FP DP is now 2 hits and affects his FADC capabilities to some degree.
Can't really fathom how Sagat can get any better. But since it was also stated that at least 2 other characters are on par (along with Seth being the "best") with Sagat, hopefully we'll at least see those other characters along with Sagat.

There are a ton of ways to make Sagat a better character such as giving him some better pokes and a faster walking speed, it's just people never think about this becuase they are too busy crying about his damage. At least now with him doing less damage us Sagat players can get a break for once.

Something broke inside me when I heard Guile is still low tier. What has Guile done? If the philosophy is back to the origins, give me SF2 Guile please ;(
