IBUKI MAKOTO & DUDLEY CONFIRMED FOR SUPER STREET FIGHTER 4
The newest scan of Famitsu surfaced today, confirming the rumored Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike characters, Ibuki, Dudley and Makoto in Super Street Fighter 4! In the scan you can clearly see many of Ibuki's move sets, such as her Kunais and Dragon kick. On the first page there is also a clear shot of Makoto performing what looks like her Standing Light Kick or possibly a segment of her Abare Tosanami? Don't forget to check out Dudley giving Zangief the Uppercut business in the lower left picture!

According to IGN:
"In addition to the announcement of the three characters, the magazine details the two Ultra Combos for each. Dudley has Rolling Thunder and Corkscrew Cross as, respectively, Ultra 1 and Ultra 2. Ibuki has Yoroi Doushi and Hashin Shou. Makoto has Seichusen Godanzuki and Abare Tosanamikudaki."

I could never just use one character. But they are all in the running to be in my main camp
Seichusen Godanzuki (punches) is Makoto's Ultra 1
Abare Tosanami (Wall dive) is Ultra 2
Tanden Renki (Red Makoto, extra damage, can't block) looks like the super from the bottom rightmost screen
So she almost certainly won't be able to combo after Abare like she can in 3s, which is a little disappointing

This is amazing.
You can tell from the SS that Makoto has her SA2, and Ibuki has her SA1 and SA2. I plan to use Makoto just cause she was so good in 3rd Strike.
I learned 3s through Makoto, so I'm definitely looking forward to giving her a shot in this game.
And hopefully I'll be able to use that dp of her's in a useful manner.

The only reason I don't use Ibuki in 3rd Strike is because she takes too much damage. If she's got more of a fighting chance in SSFIV, I am all over it.

dudley is awesome he has good combo setups and his super/ultras are crazy. yes he does have the rose taunt
makotos head is not wrong its just bad resolution. she is very good also, crazy super/ultras.
ibuki is my favorite she has loads of specials and combo setups and her super/ultras are sick.

I'm planning on picking up Ibuki. I've tried learning Makoto and third strike and liked her style, and I have a feeling a lot of people is going to choose Dudley. I'm going to try them all out, but I'm going to focus on Ibuki since she's a kunoichi and agile. I'm using Cammy right now because of her epic Intro, but I would like to learn somebody new. I might want to look into Cody as well since I like his attitude.
