As many of you may have noticed, we now have a public registration feature on iPlayWinner and what better way to announce new features than with a contest? After a couple roundtable meetings with the team, we decided the best thing we could do at this point is give back to those of you who provide insightful, humors and over all great comments to each article we post.

REGISTERED USER EXAMPLEOver the next month and a half, the iPlayWinner team will be reading the comments of each post (not like we don't already!) and look for users who provide the best comments over that period of time. The winner will receive a 50 dollar gift card to Amazon.com or GameStop.com, which ever they prefer!
To be eligible for the contest (and most future contests from here on out), you must register for an account on iPlayWinner. This not only will help us identify and contact the winner, but it will also provide some new features that are available now and many more in the future.
Registered Users Feature List:
- STAND OUT: Special comment stylings to make your comments stand out amongst the crowd.
- E-MAIL UPDATES: Be the first to know about new Super Street Fighter 4 news with the ability to have new article and comment updates sent directly to your e-mail
- ELIGIBLE: Future contests will only be for those who are registered, active members of this community.
- TEAM iPW: Registered users, based on their comments among other factors, will be considered to be brought on as fulltime contributors.
- UPGRADES: In the coming months there will be a lot of upgrades for registered users -- stay tuned!

- Just click on the "register" link on the upper left hand side, fill out your information and you're set!
How to Log in:
- Press ESCAPE on your keyboard to pull up a login prompt, or click the login link on the upper left hand side of the site.
So now you're probably wondering what we're looking for in an S-Rank Commenter right? Here is a list of actions are likely to give you positive attention:
- Thoughtful opinions on articles or content
- Provides ideas for article or content improvement
- Comments in which the reader is helpful to another reader
- Comments are witty or funny (but still related to content commented upon)
- Providing counter-arguments to other comments which are thoughtful (but not presented in a mean or hurtful way, see below)
- Posting comments regularly. This is not a contest about who can post the most comments, but we feel that a commenter who regularly posts comments should get some recognition. The above points are more important, but regular commenting will give you a better shot at being remembered by the judges.
Action that will not impact our opinions
- Not every post has to be thoughtful, clever, or funny. Feel free to post what you feel. Short comments don’t count against you.
- You can point out when someone is wrong. As long as you do it constructively. Nobody agrees with everybody.
Actions which will negatively affect our opinions
- Being hurtful to others. Even if you know the other person is wrong, you can point it out in a constructive manner. Have some manners!
The winner will be determined by iPlayWinner.com staff. We will deliberate and decide our personal favorites, and from there come to an agreement on one winner. Good luck!

forums and comment accounts are separate for the time being, though we do plan to implement an integrated system sometime in the future.
I'll refrain from speaking negatively of fan service from here on out. I'd rather not cause another fuss on the forums or in the comments.

Ha! Same thing as Dafamx, I figured I was already registered. Glad to rectify that little problem now.
Yeah, sorry guys, the forums are a separate registration as they run on PHPbb and iPlayWinner.com uses a separate system. We are working towards integrating both but honestly PHPbb is a great forum solution for it being absolutely free.

So! I was just told by this site that Opera (the browser I'm using) was not a supported browser. Why? That's browcist, dudes!
@Cheesus some features and coding don't work properly with certain browsers because the code hasn't been translated for that browser; It's like trying to do the code for forums (like [img][/img]) when coding a normal site if you can relate to that. Every thing tends to work with the popular ones IE, Firefox and the majority of the time Chrome (my choice :D) all work with most if not all coding langues (HTML, CSS ect.) and a lot of the obscure ones aren't up to date.
I like this idea, it promotes intelligence and constructive input in the community. I really hope it holds up past March :P if not you could just consider 50 bucks a month in rewards as a positive community tax haha
