« UPDATE: Confirmed Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition Locations »

With Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition already released in Japanese arcades, many fighting game fans outside of Japan will surely want to get our hands on it as well.  We've gotten confirmation of locations that currently have the game playable and open to the public, and many others that are rumored to pick it up soon.

We've updated this list with more locations, and tagged those that have the game now as "Playable". We also plan to add in locations for other arcades around the world carrying the game outside of the US -- excluding Japan for obvious reasons.

Family Amusement in LA said that they would be getting a couple of AE machines on a SRK thread.

The Gameworks near Chicago said on their Facebook page that they'd be getting some machines too.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenternuRadical

Did the "official" venues give any dates that the game will be playable? I keep hearing the 20th, but have yet to see anything reliable...

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterdelirium

Milpitas Golfland in Norcal said they would be getting a machine by the end of the month or so.

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterShin

Does anyone know if Family Fun Arcade will be getting it or hear any rumors? Id hope so..

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterTheChain

I checked their Facebook and didn't see anything. Maybe I have the wrong link?

Do you have a link to that SRK thread?

Did you hear this from one of the employees there? I've heard a lot of talk about SVGL but less about MGL.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

Hey, alright! Tennessee represent!!

I'll probably call SVGL and MGL today and see if they are getting it for sure. I'm like 95% sure SVGL is getting it but it's all been word of mouth so far.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

Round One already has the cabs there for the head to head. Just waiting to have the game up by this weekend.

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered Commenteroffcast

Thanks for the updates. Sucks that the NorCal Roseville Golfland is not getting one. We need a machine there for all the peeps in Sac and it's surrounding area.

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered Commentersakabato24

If you get word on the exact date that SVGL is getting AE could you please update us? I need to get on that crack.

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterObanye

For sure. I plan on making the rounds in NorCal and grabbing a lot of footage, working on trying to get a live stream somewhere too.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

Arcade Infinity under rumor? I'm sure they'll receive it. But Whoo Hoo for Round 1 Arcade!

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterHeyo!

Arcades under rumor are ones I'm like 80-90% will get it but havent heard from a reliable source yet.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

Chinatown Fair is my scene! Ill tell you guys if we get it, usually they do get the goods, so we shall see!

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterDaFamX

AFAIK Henry Cen said CTF will get it but still not 100% sure.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

I'm pretty sure AI will get. I'm kinda surprised at how quickly Round 1 is growing. Can't wait to try it out.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterKapwan

Yeah I read about Round 1 a while back but didnt even know it was open until this past week.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

No where near MA :(

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterCammylover22

I'm going back to Austin on the 22nd, i happy to know that SSF4:AE will be there, so I can promptly get bodied over and over again!

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered Commenteratx_wrekka

My company did the carpentry at Round 1. It is a pretty huge place and hoping to expand in the U.S. In Japan they have like the biggest arcades in the country. Multi-story buildings like the Taito Stations. Since the company is based in Japan, they have access to a lot more things like the viewlix (sp?) cabs.

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenteroffcast

I don't know about AI getting one. During the summer I remember the owner of AI was tweeting with the owner of Arcade UFO about AE cabinets and said at the price Capcom is charging for them they won't be getting any cabinets. Thats the last time I heard anybody from Arcade Infinity talk about AE. Unless there was something I missed.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterMerlTheGreat

Round 1 looks like a good complex for more than just the Arcade. I just hope it doesn't take too much business away from AI since they are less than 5 minutes away from each other.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterKapwan

Sheesh, its already coming out. For some reason thought that it will come out somewhere next year.
Well, have a good time playing the shit out of it,guys. Meantime,i guess, i will be drooling in a corner.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterMan With a Plan

December 14, 2010 | Registered Commenterhaunts

I'd pop a few dollars to play, but it will be a trip trying to play on bat tops.

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterVince

Yesssss. So nice to see Game Galaxy up there. TN stand up.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterNEGRO JUSTICE

Pay a dollar to play a game you own at home that gets the same upgrade in a couple of months surrounded by fat smelly nerds! Awesome!!!

December 14, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterSek

Hell yeah! I hope i'm not working on the day AE comes to Game Galaxy. I will be there.

December 14, 2010 | Registered CommenterZentsurugi

Yo Zentsurugi you in TN? I don't recognize your handle. Post up on SRK man, there is a big SF scene in TN.

December 17, 2010 | Unregistered Commentersupergirl

According to the owner of Arcade Infinity, it does not seem like they will be getting SSF4 AE anytime soon.

December 17, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterbatcrazy

Round 1 said they will have it before Christmas.

December 17, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterfwefwef

No Massachusetts love? Aw well we'll just have to wait for the inevitable DLC.

December 17, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterMuffinOfFun

December 18, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterM3GA

Round 1 Arcade in SoCal still doesnt have SSF4 AE version. I only say two HD Cabs for SFIV back-to-back Vewlix.
