Azrael is really going above and beyond the call of duty with his translations of Super Street Fighter 4 information posted on Japanese websites.  A few days ago, he translated the latest post on the official Super Street Fighter 4 Blog (found here).

Now, to give us a glimpse of what Japanese players are asking for in Super Street Fighter 4, he has gone through the trouble of paraphrasing what various Japanese commenters on that Japanese Blog Post have requested or commented about.  Some of these are AWESOME ideas!

Here are some comments from Japanese players, paraphrased to get an idea of what they were asking for or commenting about (Note: I added images to break it up to make it easier to read and may not be related to adjacent comment topics):

• Complaint about ragequitters, asked for a significant reduction in BP if someone quits.
• Wants more sexy women.
• Wants a setting to refuse 1 or 2 bar matches, which "have horrible lag and are unplayable". Notes that you can see the nationality of the player in the multi-player lobby, but wants a setting for choosing nationality.
• Wants to be able to invite friends into training mode, of course with chat enabled.
• Wants to be able to bet points while spectating matches (Japanese version of money matches? (Interesting idea, but I don't see it happening for a variety of reasons.)

• Wants the cursor on the character select screen to remember the last picked character and go there automatically. For people who use the same character, it's lame to have to move the cursor to them for every fight.
• Wants Capcom to do something about hate mails
• On the character select screen, as there are 4 buttons not being used, would like them to be a shortcut, where you can preset the character, color, costume, and taunt.
• Wants text chat. Says that there aren't a whole lot of people who will really be into voice chat, and lists the tedious steps for going into the mail/chat functions on XBL. If it'll cause lag - forget it. Says that it's too awkward trying to voice chat with someone you don't know.
• Wants fight request for training mode. Complains of the difficulty on the hardest arcade mode setting and how its too artificial - would like the arcade mode adjusted to be more realistic.

• Wants more opportunities to hear the specific character themes. Would it be possible to add a BGM select/randomizer?
• Wants trophies to carry over from SFIV, trophy names to become titles, and the classic BGM.
• Wants an arcade version.
• Wants a blind select for offline vs modes as well. Also wants a way to ban those with poor connections from entering a lobby. Complains that foreigners are always coming into his lobby, and he spends more time kicking them than actually fighting, which is annoying. 
• Wants a way to know the value of icons - now just by looking at them, you don't understand what one had to do to get it, you'd have to look it up on the net. Also, a goodbye face mark for leaving a lobby. If replays are uploaded when two people with a 2-game win streak fight, then add a function where people with 2-game win streaks can find each other. Likes the PP idea, as maybe it will reduce the vast number of people playing Ryu and Ken, and mentions having a lobby setting for fighting specific characters. And finally, more detailed settings for Fight Request - even if he sets "Japanese only" or "same strength", people who don't match those criteria constantly pop in, and he can't fight them and then he doesn't even make any progress in arcade mode. Wants better matching settings.

• Wants a mode where you can choose to just play regular SFIV as without one it'll be hard to play at the arcades (if Capcom doesn't make an arcade version, this is a good idea).
• Wants a way to leave comments on replays.
• Wants to be able to see inputs, damage, etc on replays. Wants to be able to see the BP of an opponent before a rank match. Also would like to be able to see their win percentage. Wants the BP awarding of points system to be adjusted - fighting against someone with low BP now is very high risk, low reward. Wants a way to keep people with bad connections out of the lobby. Lag sucks and he won't play a match where he can't AA on reaction.
• Wants Fight Request for the training/bonus stages.
• Wants the CPU to wear the arrange costumes.

• Wants to be able to see BP before a rank match. Also wants the BP point system to be the same as the arcade, and would like to have ranks.
• Wants to disable the ability to change a lobby's rules, because of people who make 3R 99 lobbies but then change it to 1R 60 after you enter. 
• Would like some sort of tournament mode.
• Would like to be able to do team battle - PS3 vs 360 (Az: that's not gonna happen...ever...).
• Wants a custom color editor for characters.
• Another person who wants Fight Request in other modes besides arcade.
