The displayed Stamina is incorrect ; Chun has 900 life, not 950.
And I would add :
Cross-up : Jumping light KICK, and maybe should we mention df. HK too.
Anti-air : if you put c. HK (very situational anti-air), st. HP and st. MK should be in the list.
Good matchups : Honda, Dan, T. Hawk (<= obvious ones) Abel, Bison, Balrog (<== notable ones) Vega, Sakura, Guy, Gen, Hakan, Makoto (<= low tier ones)
Bad matchups : Akuma, Rufus, C. Viper
